Why I didn’t blog today.

My intention was to do some filming today, but in my Swedish mind I totally blocked out that tomorrow is Thanksgiving. We will have dinner here and I am responsible for dessert. So I took a little break from my YouTube project, and spent a portion of the day baking.

I baked “kladdkaka” Swedish sticky chocolate cake, and two different “rulltårta” Swiss roll. One with blueberry jam, and one with raspberry jam. They will be served with whipped cream and/or ice cream, or maybe both for those who prefer.

I might take tomorrow off as well, depending who late our guests will stay.
