AI is arriving everywhere at once. In our phones, our software, our browsers, our creative tools, and our daily routines. But lately I’ve been wondering if what many people are feeling is not fear or resistance, but something quieter: exhaustion from living inside constant technological acceleration.
January often feels like a demand to begin again. But most of the real work doesn’t start from scratch. It continues, slowly and with intention, from where we already are.
I am learning to share the middle of the process instead of waiting to feel certain. The work shifts when I stop hiding the unfinished parts.
